Women's Coaching with Abby
Change is inevitable
... and doesn’t always happen on your schedule or by your design. Whether you saw it coming, brought it about or were caught off guard, now it’s here. And how you move through it is entirely up to you. Whatever crossroads you’re standing at, you do not have to figure things out all alone.
That's where I come in...
Drawing on years of experience as a mediator, understanding life’s most trying pivotal moments, I help women find their footing, their confidence, and help them set out to write their next chapter.
Divorce or Separation:
You’re living apart but still need to cooperate – strategies for independence and connection.
Widowhood:
Grieving and learning to live fully.
Retirement:
Your resume isn’t the sum of you; discover interests and find new opportunities.
Remarriage:
Navigate a new love while balancing a blended family.
Relocation:
Find your way in a new setting, feel at home once again.
Caregiving:
It’s full of logistics and emotions. I can offer practical support.

Meet Abby
Founder of Next Move Women's Coaching
Abby gives each client the experience of being deeply seen, heard and understood
- she helps each client become her best self.

I work 1:1 with women navigating life’s biggest transitions — divorce, widowhood, empty nest, retirement, and new beginnings.
Together we do the emotional work and the practical work, so you don’t just get through this chapter, you design the next one.
A founding partner of Family Mediation, Abby devoted her career to working with couples facing challenging transitions — divorce, cooperative parenting plans, career shifts, retirement, relocation, and more. She met her clients where they were, offering guidance when needed and connecting with compassion and understanding. Abby had a unique ability to reflect reality, goals and values back to her clients, helping them discover their own best path forward.
And now Abby is embarking on a new, related venture: Next Move Women’s Coaching. After years of mediating for couples in conflict, and teaching mediation skills to law students, Abby is ready for a new chapter. She is now offering women navigating life transitions the opportunity to work with her one-on-one. Abby gives her clients the experience of being deeply seen, heard and understood — and helps them become their personal best.

What to expect
This isn’t therapy. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a guided, personalized process built around where you are and where you want to go. With a background in divorce mediation, I understand that life transitions carry real weight — emotional, practical, and personal. I bring all of that into our work together.
Step 1: We start with where you are
No rushing. We take time to understand what’s changed, what you’re feeling, and what you’re hoping for.
Step 2: We get clear on who you are now
Transitions shake up identity. We rediscover your values, your strengths, and what you’re ready to step into.
Step 3: We build your vision
Not just goals — a real picture of how you want your life to look and feel.
Step 4: We take action
With clarity comes momentum. We create a practical plan including how to stay on track when life intervenes.
Step 5: You leave with confidence
Tools, clarity, and a strong sense of yourself — ready for what’s next.
